Our 2025 committee is made up of representatives from both John McGlashan College Parents and Friends Association and the Columba College Parents’ Association. The committee has worked together over the last 18 months to plan and refine this inaugural event, which we anticipate will become a regular feature in the Otago Art scene.

We are very grateful to the many sponsors, volunteers and supporters who have given of their time and expertise in support of the inaugural Southern Art House Tour. We also extend our thanks to the owners of the beautiful homes made available to us all in this year’s Tour. Their willingness to open their homes is appreciated as we launch ourselves into the Dunedin art scene with the unique idea of showcasing artworks in the home environment. A special thanks must also be made to The Dunedin Club for allowing us to access and use their beautiful heritage venue and grounds.

All funds raised from the Southern Art House Tour will be divided between the two colleges and used to support the efforts of the Parents and Friends Association at John McGlashan College and the Columba College Parents’ Association.  

We hope you enjoy the beautiful and unique homes as you view the artwork that has been curated within them.  Hopefully you will discover a piece of artwork that you fall in love with and will purchase and take it home with you to enjoy for years to come.
